Very large museum. It looks smaller than it is or they just have an t h area and farming and early trades. There are little riddles here and there that have clues in the immediate area, which are fun. Staff is real friendly and tell stories.
The items there reminded people of their past and took young through a time travel, so they can gain more knowledge of things that were in their parents and grandparents past and the way things were.
Cute museum with lots of local history. It's well laid out & the volunteers working there are happy to show you around. Make sure you check out the cute riddles they've placed around the exhibits.
Amazing all the items available. Like stepping back in time. I was very satisfied and will return again.
It is very cool and unique as far as the items and setup to explain and show what life was like in Baldwin county over the past years and also provides binders full of notable articles and things that have happened in most major towns/cities in Baldwin county. Whether it is just to sight see or learn about the counties heritage I would highly recommend the museum to everyone.
